Hummingbird

The lead up to, and duration of, the trial of Lucy Letby, allowed many media organisations time to produce fairly detailed documentaries, alongside established broadcasters.

One new entrant into the field is Cheshire Constabulary, with an hour long piece on social media and YouTube, boasting (unsurprisingly) 'exclusive access to the investigation team'.  On YouTube, the comments are largely positive; on X/Twitter it's an 'infomercial', 'copaganda' and a misuse of police money.

It was produced by the Internal Communications Team, "Super proud of the team for producing this", writes (unsurprisingly) Jonathan Evans, Internal Communications Manager at Cheshire Police.  Prepare your eyes for some relentless cutting between cameras during interviews, and relentless use of 'Piano Journey No 4', by Esther Abrami, part of the YouTube Audio Library.
