Trips to LA and Nashville are off the agenda for BBC Group Managing Director Bob Shennan. He gets custody of HR and Workplace under Tim Davie's carve-up, and thus continuing leadership of the post-Covid Rules.
Now he'll be able to engage with the Lead Product Manager, Successfactors, in delivering "an exciting roadmap of changes across our Goals, Performance, Learning, Succession, Career Progression, Mentoring and in future recruitment and Onboarding areas of focus. It is a highly innovative team looking to deliver the best possible service to our customers and end users, with a design led thinking approach underpinned by a thorough knowledge of our product and our customers."
We're all pleased for Bob.
