New graphs required

Asking for a friend. Can we do some Covid graphs which start around 6th July, which appears to have been the lowest day for numbers of infections, up to now ? Can we look from that date, as we used to, at the number of deaths in hospital, in care homes, and at home ?  Can we look at the gender, ages, ethnicity, and co-morbidities of those who have died ?  Are there significant percentages from particular professions ? NHS ? Bus and taxi drivers ? Workers in food processing plants ?

Can we create a new categorisation - those who, though no longer in hospital, are still too ill to have a normal life ?  And can we examine whether we're really comfortable not writing 'covid' on a death certificate, if the only positive test was more than a month ago ?
