Endo

The knives are out again on the eighth floor of Television Centre. The top floor conference suite used to be home to the critical barbs of Television Review Board, and, occasionally, parties celebrating awards with trugs-on-wheels of lager, warm prosecco and deep-fried breaded mushrooms.

Now a corner has been made into a sixteen-seat Japanese restaurant, with the flashing blade of Endo, a third-generation sushi master, on show.

The restaurant's calling card ? "Where the sea meets the sky".  Which is altogether much nicer than "Where the sh*t hits the fan".
