There could be another musical in the Kids Company saga yet. All eight trustees of the charity, and Camila Batmanghelidjh, are to fight disqualification as company directors, sought by the Government's Insolvency Service.
The Kids Company Nine have lighted upon the services of specialist charity lawyers, Bates Wells Braithwaite, and will argue they had a perfectly feasible recovery plan in place....even at the moment of collapse.
