There and back

There will be some raised eyebrows around BBC News today, as Education Editor Penny Marshall annnounces that she's returning to ITV - without, I think, making a broadcast for Auntie.

She was supposed to start work at Broadcasting House in mid-June, but has since undergone surgery and radio therapy to treat breast cancer. Last month, she tweeted thus..
