The BBC Trust are using research company Public Knowledge to help them analyse the public response to the scope cuts proposed in Delivering Quality First.
Public Knowledge is based in Hexham, and is part of the less-elegantly-named Dipsticks Research, founded by John Raglan in 1996. John was previously a director of the Metro Radio Group, and a key mover in the creation of the Radio Advertising Bureau.
Both companies are based at The Mill, Hexham Business Park. Ah, the sound of hard discs whirring over gently-trickling water.
