Up the junction

The unlikely-sounding Mediacity at Luton has moved a step closer. Luton Council and developer Prologis have won nearly £20m in government funding to improve Junction 10a of the M1 - and that new infrastructure should unlock planning permission for Richard Desmond's plans to set up a media hub (Express and Star printing works) at Prime Point.  Full details on Property Week.
