It does seem like a sledgehammer to crack a nut. The BBC Suffolk News website has to carry
17 terms and conditions for a competition to win ... a drinks coaster. Not an enormously classy one at that - looking like a vinyl disc, bearing the legend "I'm a James Hazell Pop Tart".
