Two masters

I'm looking forward to the Daily Telegraph this week. It looks like the Sunday Telegraph was first with the story that football analyst Alan Hansen earns £1.5m a year from the BBC - which works out at around £40k an appearance. 

The story has disappeared from the Telegraph website.  It doesn't declare Mr Hansen's earnings from the Daily Telegraph, where he is also employed as a football analyst; presumably Alan's had words with the newsdesk asking to set the story in context.
