A Saturday afternoon of increased exposure to Radio 5Live lead to the reflection that I was hearing more from MOTD "stars" Alan Hansen and Alan Shearer. Is it possible that, in the BBC-wide renegotiation of "talent" contracts, someone cheeky at TV Sport has rebalanced the standard 15% cut, with a matching set of "fees" from the radio station ?
At Radio 2, they've given Chris Evans an extra-half hour, but at Radio 1, it's a cut for Moyles.
