Good luck to BBC Global News boss Peter Horrocks, finding time this Sunday to compete in the London Duathlon, in amongst negotiations with the FCO (and behind them, the Treasury) on future funding of the BBC World Service.
The event, in Richmond Park, is the world's biggest run-bike-run race. It's not clear which category Peter's in - "fun" is a mere 20km in total; "challenge" is 35km, and new this year, at 110km, is "ultra". Watch this space.
