Slightly surprised by a lack of followup this morning on the "local media summit". Ed Richards made the pace with his cheerful warning that the BBC's partnership proposals weren't enough to keep ITV in the game regionally. Rob Woodward gets some pick-up in The Guardian for volunteering STV to pilot some new form of co-operation with newspapers (presumably with temporary immunity from current competition regulation); his request for some "interim" funding seems frankly to put the kibosh on it.
But where are the details of the touted BBC offer to help everbody ?
