Record straightening
To put the record straight, the "major" centres where the BBC is talking about sharing galleries, studios, edit and graphics, and production space with regional ITV are Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Norwich, Southampton, Bristol, Cardiff. So I was wrong about Plymouth.
