For completeness, Rebecca Glashow, who exited the burgeoning New York offices of BBC Studios at the beginning of the month, has landed as CEO of Tribeca Enterprises, The Tribeca Festival was started, amongst others, by Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro as a cultural response to the 2001 destruction of the World Trade Centre.
It has spawned a content arm, Tribeca Studios, a distributor, Tribeca Films, and a production company, m ss ng p eces.
Glashow joined BBC Studios in 2020 as president of the Americas before being elevated to CEO of global distribution in 2022 and then to CEO of BBC Global Media & Streaming in 2023.
