BBC Breakfast and One O'Clock News editor Richard Frediani may be on leave, but his life goes on. Saturday saw him complete his 18th 5K park run, at Lytham Hall on the Ribble estuary, half an hour from home. 43.02 was his time, but his happy tweet seemed to contain a few key "values" for a bloke whose team is talking to HR investigators.
