Someone has decided to re-slice the public service bit of the BBC in reporting ethnicity data. You used to be able to see figures separately for "Nations" and "News and Current Affairs"....
Now you can't; this year's equality information report has created a new 'division', Group Corporate Affairs, simply for ethnicity reporting. Why ? Nations problem ?
