The hunt for a Big Idea continues. BBC Group Director of Strategy and Performance Gautam Rangarajan is said to be on his way, with a New Person holding a Bigger and Better Title to be acquired.
Gautam had a good 2023, according to some internal metrics, and saw his salary rise from £210k to £245k.
