You'll be delighted to know that Alan Yentob has made it to Cannes. He's there as one of a range of executive producers involved in an animated film, The Land of Sometimes, which is getting a private showing in early-cut form. Based on a story by Francesca Longrigg, it features the voices of Ewan McGregor, Helena Bonham-Carter and the late Python, Terry Jones.
