A loyal reader notes the problems of navigating a world strewn with tv channels, fighting over 'product' at the end of the food chain.
"We sat down to watch the Law and Order new season opener last night on 5 USA only to find it was Part 3 of a crossover with two of the other Law and Order franchises.
This kind of thing has been common with FBI, FBI Most Wanted, and FBI International. These were all on the same channel though.
Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3, Episode 1: Gimme Shelter -- Part 1 was on Sky Witness and seems to be on catch up. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 24, Episode 1: Gimme Shelter -- Part 2 doesn’t seem to be on the 5 channels, Sky or Netflix
So last night’s Gimme Shelter - Part 3, Law & Order: Season 22, Episode 1 follows on from who knows what. The ‘previously’ sequence suggests it was quite complicated."
