It must be my job to appoint some more people. That's the instinct of all new executives at the BBC. The new head of HR, Uzair Qadeer, has taken a little time, but now he's come up with TWO top jobs.
"Head of People Strategy and Delivery" and "Head of Organisational Strategies" will be part of a "new Organisational Strategies team within BBC HR who will act as an internal consulting team supporting the transformation of the BBC by developing agile and resilient operating models and organisational structures that adapt swiftly to change, drive sustainable success through innovative and efficient processes, and enable the BBC to deliver Value for All." Both are graded 'F', which is between £64,103 and £117,523. Uzair's salary has not been made public yet.
