Staycationing

Another three months of expenses, travel and hotel bookings have been released by the BBC - and very few senior managers got out of the country.

Andy Baker, in Engineering, went to Amsterdam for the IBC annual conference and exhibition; Kieran Clifton, in Distribution, travelled to Austin, Texas, as did News's digital director Naja Nielsen; Tim Davie got to Bari, Italy (for a Prix Italia conversation with RAI's Marinella Soldi, now a BBC non-exec); Audio boss Graham Ellis got to Bari and Dubrovnik; Rights executive Sophie Garnham went to Cannes and Rome; Company secretary Phil Harrold went to Warsaw;  Children's Patricia Hidalgo had flights to Toulouse and Nice; Editorial Standards' David Jordan took in Dubrovnik and New York; News No 2 Jonathan Munro went to Kyiv; Comedy commissioner Jon Petrie had a catch-up bill for a flight to LA and a £1328.61 stay at Le Petit Hermitage in West Hollywood; Director of Unscripted Kate Phillips was in LA a week later; Chief Information Security Officer Helen Rabe went to Geneva; Sport boss Barbara Slater went to Doha and Monte Carlo; News COO Sam Taylor went to Vienna and Geneva.
