BBC News Deputy News Editor Toby 'Cyclo' Castle is handing over the Bontrager Elite Aero VR-CF handlebars that he's been using to steer the agenda, for some harder pedalling trying to make the Foreign Office look good. He's off to be Head of News and Press Secretary to the Foreign Secretary.
