BBC DG Tim Davie was on 'transmit' for yesterday's online staff briefing, packed with video content, and, qu'elle surprise, no time for questions at the end. He asked employees to ignore the 'noise' around recent policy decisions, and made a clear difference between 'line managers' and 'the amazing people in leadership'.
