More transformation

"Transformation" is not yet complete, it seems, at BBC News. Outgoing CFO Alan Dickson, soon to patrol the full BBC horizon looking for efficiencies, has announced that Morwen Williams will be detached from running UK Operations for three months, to work on 'change and transformation projects'.

These apparently include the proposed new BBC News channel (where you might have expect thinking to have been more developed).

Morwen (Congleton Grammar and BA English Literature Newcastle) is a keen road cyclist and loves swimming and skiing; she comes from a family of award-winning cheesemakers in Cheshire. She spent a year at Harvard Kennedy business school 2019/20 on an 'executive program to equip news leaders with the critical skills needed to navigate the ongoing disruptions transforming the media industry'. Other alumni include Jonathan Munro.

You can hear Morwen on one of them there podcasts here.
