Address blockers

 Lordy, lordy. The BBC needs a Head of Transformation: 

"We know that the ever-changing external environment and the nature of change requires a new approach to transformation, that’s why we have established the Transformation Office to be at the heart of driving through lasting change that benefit [sic] our audiences, as well as colleagues [sic] experiences of working at the BBC.  

The Transformation office is a new function built on strong project and change foundations. It will unlock the BBC’s transformation by helping the organisation deliver change."

The job backs up the work of Edwin 'Eddy' Datubo, Director of 'Ops' & Transformation. 

You will need "demonstrable experience of using influence to address blockers in portfolio plans". You bet.
