Worth her salt ?

BBC Drama's new taste-maker will be Lindsay Salt, lured from the UK Original Series team at Netflix, which she joined in June 2019.

Before Netflix, Lindsay worked as head of development at Sky Drama, across Sky Atlantic and Sky One.  Productions included Tin Star (Kudos), Guerrilla (Fifty Fathoms/Greendoor), Jamestown (Carnival), Riviera (Archery Pictures), Lucky Man 2 (Carnival), Delicious (Bandit) and Britannia (Neal St/Vertigo).

Prior to Sky, she spent eight years at Andy Harries’ production company, Left Bank Pictures, working as Andy's assistant as he produced The Damned United. She was script editor on the Kenneth Branagh version of Wallander for BBC One/BBC America, and again on the ITV biopic Tommy Cooper: Not Like That, Like This.

Her start was with Talkback Thames; it may be the heat, but I can't currently track down her school and university. Sorry.
