Lord Moore of Etchingham, trading as Charles Moore, was introduced to the House of Lords this week. His supporters were Tory life peers Lord Waldegrave of North Hill and Lord Howard of Rising.
William Waldegrave (74, Eton and Corpus Christi, Oxford) is Provost of Eton.
Greville Howard (79, Eton College) was a friend of Lord Lucan, and Enoch Powell's private secretary. He wrote Enoch Powell at 100 - a re-evaluation lauded in The Spectator by Charles Moore. Baron Howard runs Castle Rising Holdings Ltd, is chair of Castle Rising Parish Council, chair of trustees for Trinity Hospital Castle Rising, and Councillor, Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. He owns 11 Lord North Street, where Boris Johnson ran his campaign for the Tory leadership.
