Speaking out

One little fire stoking the anti-BBC head of steam in our national press is how much key talent earns outside their main employment - today, it's Naga Munchetty in the spotlight again, for hosting NatWest webinars.

We don't yet have a declared salary for BBC Director of Creative Diversity June Sarpong, but it could be quite something for a part-time job. In her declaration of personal interests, June notes paid work at board meetings and events for Burberry, and 'corporate work and speaking engagements' for M&CSaatchi Merlin (other clients include, er, Naga Munchetty).
