Relish

The death of composer Ennio Morricone brought out Fiona Bruce's clearly superior Italophile pronunciation in last night's BBC1 bulletins. One was reminded of the unalloyed pleasure Angela Rippon took in uttering Ndabaningi Sithole.

    Do you remember how Angela Rippon used to pronounce "guerrilla"... "gerr-eeya"? And take an eternity doing so.
