One of the unique selling points of BBC America has been its access to natural history programmes. Recently weekends have been filled to stuffing point with various of the Attenborough "Planets" programmes.
Thus we note the arrival in heart of today's schedule of the canon which is a paean of praise to British policing values, Lethal Weapon 1, 2, 3 & 4. So clearly fulfilling the BBC's public purpose "to reflect the United Kingdom, its culture and values to the world".
