Channels ?

We know that, officially, Tim Davie doesn't take over as BBC Director General until September. But tomorrow, we might find out whether or not anything is going on behind the scenes. The first question of the day in the House of Lords comes from Lord Foulkes of Cumnock, asking if there have been "discussions with the incoming Director General of the BBC on the postponement of the withdrawal of free TV Licenses for people aged over 75".  1pm.
