Mr Motivator

The world's greatest living foreign correspondent, John Simpson, has been over-sharing with The Telegraph.

"My days start with a hundred star jumps" says the BBC's World Affairs Editor, at 75 now defined as 'vulnerable' by the Government. I'll just leave that image with you.

"Every few days my son [14] and I record a poem and post it on Twitter, which is surprisingly satisfying."
