This is just not a learning government. Overnight, someone did a traditional old-school briefing of the recuperating Prime Minister's thoughts on caution. Meanwhile, how very dare anyone talk about how lockdown might end. Unless, of course, you run a pub, in which case Michael Gove is happy to tell you that you'll be last to open up.
