Congratulations to Lord Hall for reaching his 2020 target to have two BAME members on his executive. The target was set in June 2018. This reshaped executive started in 2016, thus, with Lord Hall and nine others.

It would be churlish to suggest it's easier to increase BAME representation on a board of eighteen than a board of ten. Lord Hall's 2020 target for BAME representation at leadership level is 15%; his current executive achievement is just over 11%.
