While we wait for the outcome of the Samira Ahmed v The BBC tribunal, I've been trying to track down the HR Reward specialist who was one of the Corporation's prime witnesses - one Lisa Tsavalos.
It looks like Lisa Nicholls has been with the BBC for three years, joining in 2016 as an Interim Reward Specialist, after 'reward' jobs with Diageo and Odeon Cinemas. She's now billed as International Reward and Global Mobility Manager. Her partner is Alexander Tsavalos, who came to the BBC in July 2017, where he "created Gender Pay Gap reporting for commercial and public sector divisions of the BBC. Liaised with the COO of the BBC to assist in the publication of the narrative attached to the the Gender Pay Gap publication. Liaised with divisional CEO/COO/HRD to answer queries about gender related pay queries in their respective divisions." He left after a year.
Alexander and Lisa are both directors of Accolade Solutions, management consultants of North Ealing.
