The gender pay gap at Channel 4 is down slightly, on a like-for-like annual basis, from 22.6% to 21.1%. Unfortunately, when you add in employees at The Box, fully taken over in January, the figure rises to 23.3%.
The BBC's latest reported gender pay gap is 6.7%.
