The BBC's long-term estate agent, Lambert Smith Hampton, has a new owner. Countrywide bought LSH in 2013 for around £34m; now Monaco-based property developer John Bengt Moeller has paid £38m in cash to take over.
LSH sold Television Centre for £200m - lawd knows what Stanhope have made on that deal. Caversham Park is still on LSH's books, a year after the last BBC operation left the site.
