Even more for less

Radio Today reports on a different form of MeToo-ery at the BBC. It says the Corporation has raised the idea of running spin-off radio stations, such as Radio 1 Dance and Radio 2 80s, streamed via BBC Sounds, with regulator Ofcom.

A BBC spokesperson was non-committal: “We’re always looking at how best we can serve audiences, including on BBC Sounds considering how much listening habits are changing, but it’s too early to comment on any plans.”
