If the BBC's move of its Scotland HQ to Pacific Quay was meant to be seedcorn for new tech development, it's not working. Another hotel is on the way, this time an £18m 150-bed Holiday Inn, to join the Premier Inn that nestles along the Clyde between the BBC and STV.
