The BBC's mighty Newsgathering machine, lead by the fearless Jonathan Munro, is going through a period of navel-gazing after the latest staff survey.
Whilst I'm sure there are many positives, 'many people who responded us they were unsure about what senior management did well'. And 78% of respondents thought that jobs were decided before the interviews take place. As ever at Auntie, the staff are being placated with a series of lunches to introduce them to their bosses.
