What's occurring at The Sunday Times ? Three stories this morning that hit Boris Johnson somewhere south of the solar plexus - the first direct claims of carnality with Californian blonde Jennifer Arcuri; Tim Shipman telling us that the Palace is fed-up with the Prime Minister; and Charlotte Edwardes on inner-thigh squeezes from the former Eton prop-forward currently not quite running the country.
Editor Martin Ivens leads a team that is thought to be largely Remain, whilst Rupert Murdoch (still strangely silent publicly since the marriage to Jerry Hall) and Rebekah Brooks are Brexiteers. Both Murdoch and Brooks were said to be 'cosy' with Bojo, even at the height of the phone-hacking scandal. Mr Ivens faces a merger of his journalists with those of the daily Times. Is he going down fighting ?
