Ofcom's latest diversity report puts the percentage of BAME staff employed by the BBC in the UK at 14%, unchanged from the previous year. The BBC Annual Report puts the percentage of BAME staff employed right across the organisation at 15.3%, up from 14.8% in 2017/18, ahead of the 15% target set for 2020.
