Here's an odd one. A Freedom of Information request to the BBC asks....

"whether the BBC ever hired SCL/Strategic Communication Laboratories (between 2007 and
2018) or Cambridge Analytica or AIQ (Aggregate IQ) (2014-2018) to undertake any research, or
any work related to marketing or communications please. If any work is found please could I ask
names of individuals involved and see any related contracts, reports or other documents and
correspondence"

It would have been nice to see the answer 'No'. Instead, we get "The information you have requested is excluded from the Act because if held it would be held for the purposes of ‘journalism, art or literature.’ The BBC is therefore not obliged to provide this information to you and will not be doing so on this occasion."
