Another Special Advisor at the DCMS. Sophia True (St Mary's School Ascot and BA History of Art at Bristol) came into the Tory party as a campaigner for Zac Goldsmith three years ago, and until this appointment was a Political Press Advisor.

Father is Baron True, a Conservative party career man, described by John Major as his favourite speech-writer. He was leader of Richmond Council from 2010 to 2017. Mother Anne-Marie runs the Barnes Montessori Nursery.
