On report 6

More factoids: BBC Nations and Regions would probably welcome BAME applicants this year. In 2017/18, they made up 3.1% of the workforce. In 2018/19 it's gone up to 5.7% - but that's still way short of the 15% target, to be achieved by, er, 2020.

BBC News and Current Affairs leads the way with staff who've been to independent or fee-paying schools - 23.5%. If you just count 'leadership staff', it rises to 34.5%.

The World Service Group leads the way when it comes to counting parental degrees. 63.6% is the total; it rises to 69.1% for 'leadership staff'.

The BBC continues to make it a great place for transgender staff to work - declared numbers are up, from 417 to 426.
