We welcome some new chums to the list of those paid over £150k by the BBC.

Claudia Giles, Legal Director, gets £170+ (she's a specialist in employment law). Alexis Hawkes, Legal Director, gets £155k+ (she specialises in intellectual property). Chris Rowsell, formerly of Ofcom, is on £170k+ with the title Head of Regulation. Alan Bainridge, Director of Workplace, nudges in at £150k+, as does Jessica Cecil, long-time aide to Mark Thompson, billed just as 'Director', and John Parrott, Head of Architecture (Business Systems).
