Al precopeo

The rooftop bar and restaurant at the St Georges Hotel is favoured by BBC executives at the end of a long-ish day - and it's getting a makeover. The hotel operation is being rebranded as a Treehouse Hotel, first of a concept from Starwood Capital, a US private equity group, in partnership with owners The Cairn Group.

The Madera Group will run the bar; they're based in West Hollywood, and run a chain of eateries under the brand Tocaya Organica, so far unseen outside California and Arizona. "Modern Organic Mexican" could be on its way to W1. Marvel as they tuck into the Guiltless Gluten-Free Burrito ! Watch as they dribble down Cilantro Lime Vegan Chicken !
