The Sunday Times reports two pretty low daily reaches for BBC Scotland's flagship bulletin, The Nine, at the end of April - 4,000 and 7,000 the following day. Lead presenter Martin Geissler has close to 9,500 followers on Twitter, and side-kick Rebecca Curran 5,400, but they're clearly not all tuning in every day. Reporting Scotland, the BBC1 6.30pm offering for the nation, regularly attracts 300,000.
Latest weekly figures for the whole channel (across the UK) show an average daily reach of 397,000 and a weekly reach of 1,852,000.
