The results are in - from the BBC 2019 Staff Survey. Area for improvement, now and forever more - leadership. Employees want more clarity, visibility, inspiration and motivation from their shrinking group of senior managers.
In the News Division, there'll be a series of focus groups in which the uninspired staff will have opportunitiesto restate their unhappiness to come up with practical ideas for improvement (Should that be the leaders' job ? Ed).
